November 4, Fineko/abc.az. In Azerbaijan, the adoption of a new law regulating the privatization and transfer of state property to management is postponed.

ABC.AZ reports that this is stated in the conclusion of the Accounts Chamber to the Draft Budget for 2026.

According to the document, the Socio-Economic Development Strategy of Azerbaijan for 2022-2026 provided for the preparation and adoption of such a law in 2023.

The Accounts Chamber notes that this measure has not yet been implemented.
