October 21, Fineko/abc.az. The first tanker carrying 40,000 metric tons of Russian diesel fuel is scheduled to depart for the United States on October 22, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak told reporters.

"As planned, the first tanker with a displacement of 40,000 tons will leave the port tomorrow, on the 22nd, bound for the United States. Subsequent shipments will naturally follow. In accordance with the agreements reached between the two leaders, we will meet the requirements of the United States within our capabilities," Novak stated.
