ABC.AZ informs that this follows from the trading data and the analyst's comment.

As of 9.47 a.m. (Baku time), the price of December’s gold futures at the New York Comex exchange is declining by $6.34 relative to the previous close, or by 0.16%, to $3,976.76 per troy ounce. At that, December’s silver futures are rising in price by 0.42% up to $47.525 per ounce.
