October 15, Fineko/abc.az. The State Service for Property Issues has announced reduction in the authorized capital of Zabrat Machine-Building Plant OJSC, subordinate to Azneftkimyamash OJSC, by 1,775,139 manats, or by 25%, that is, from 7,100,556 manats to 5,325,417 manats.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to newspaper Vergiler of the State Tax Service that the SSPI made a decision on the occasion on October 11.

The Zabrat Machine-Building Plant was established in 2004.
