September 5, Fineko/abc.az. In July, American companies cut fuel supplies to China sixfold compared to June, down to $6.8 million.

According to ABC.AZ, this is evidenced by U.S. customs data.

The lowest level of U.S. petroleum product exports to China was recorded in April — only $4.7 million.

In the first half of 2025, liquefied petroleum gases (LPG) from the U.S. still accounted for 48% of China’s market for this type of fuel, but starting from the second quarter, volumes declined sharply.

A similar situation is observed with liquefied natural gas (LNG): exports from the U.S. fell from $37.7 million in April to $2.4 million in June.

In addition, China has not imported crude oil from the United States for five consecutive months.
