November 7, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank (CBA) and the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) participated in a regular bilateral foreign exchange auction.

According to the CBA, following the auction the average weighted U.S. dollar exchange rate amounted to AZN 1.7003 to the US dollar.
