December 10, Fineko/abc.az. During 2025-2027, it is planned to establish branches of the Karabakh University in Khankendi, Shusha and Khojali, ABC.AZ informs that Science & Education Minister Emin Amrullayev stated to journalists.

"Our work in Khankendi continues. It is planned to create faculties of music and art, tourism, as well as the Faculty of Tourism in Shusha and the Faculty of Agriculture in Khojali. The establishment of a branch of the Karabakh University in Baku is not yet planned," the minister said.
