December 6, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Nov 2024, the number of state registration of real estate and prepared technical documents in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic increased by 3.8% and 4.2%, respectively, compared with Jan-Nov 2023.

ABC.AZ reports that Deputy Minister of Local Economy, Acting Minister Abbas Ismayilov said about this at a meeting with entrepreneurs on the topic "Platform for public-business dialogue and prospects for the future" in Nakhchivan.

In addition, he said that since this March, state property in Nakhchivan has been registered through an electronic system: "Data on 4,808 real estate objects on the balance sheet of 406 state-owned enterprises and organizations are included in the national automated real estate system."
