Azer-Türk Bank official fined

November 16, Fineko/abc.az. As part of the ongoing control processes conducted by the Central Bank, an official of Azer-Turk Bank OJSC has been brought to administrative responsibility.

ABC.AZ reports that in connection with a violation by the regulator of the requirements of Paragraph 3.3 of the Procedure for providing information about borrowers of credit institutions to the Centralized Credit Register in accordance with Article 440.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, an official of Azer-Turk Bank OJSC was fined 2,000 manats.

According to article 440.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences, failure to submit to the State Register of encumbrance of movable property information provided for by the Law on Encumbrance of Movable Property, as well as submission to the register of knowingly false and incomplete information, entails the imposition of a fine on individuals in the amount of 150 manats, on officials in the amount of 700 manats, on legal entities in the amount of 2,500 manats.
