List of districts with the lowest and largest investments in Azerbaijan

October 31, Fineko/abc.az. Investments for totally  7.166 billion manats have been made in Baku this year.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee that Kelbajar district became the most invested district after Baku. A total of 801.4 million manats were invested in the district. Kelbajar is followed by Aghdam district with an indicator of 528.4 million manats.

Top 3 of leaders includes Shusha district, liberated from occupation. Over 389.1 million manats were invested in the district in 9 months.

The next three also include districts that are exempt from work. Thus, 321.2 million manats were invested in Fuzuli district, 280.2 million manats in Jabrayil district, and 270.9 million manats in Gubadli district. The amount of investments in 4 cities and districts exceeded 100 million manats.

This includes Sumgait (178.2 million manats), Absheron (130 million manats), Shemakha (103.5 million manats) and Aghsu (100.1 million manats).

During this period, the least amount of finances was directed to Gobustan district. In just 9 months, 487,000 manats were invested in the district. The investments in 13 districts amounted to less than 10 million manats.
