 October 31, Fineko/abc.az. By the decision of the Bank Avrasiya shareholders’ general meeting, changes have taken place in the list of shareholders of the bank.

ABC.AZ reports that the share of Eurostandard LLC, which makes up 37.5% of the bank's authorized capital, was sold to Top Properties LLC.

In addition, 12% of the 37.5% equity stake of an important participation in the authorized capital of another shareholder of PMD Group LLC was sold to Top Properties LLC, 24.5% to another shareholder of Azbizneskom LLC and 1% to an individual Rustam Eynullaev.

Thus, currently 49.50% of bank's authorized capital belongs to Top Properties LLC, 49.50% to Azbizneskom LLC, and 1.00% to an individual, Rustam Eynullayev.
