October 25, Fineko/abc.az. From the moment of its creation until September 30, 2024, the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) received income from its portfolio of shares in the amount of $6.4 billion.

So far, the Fund has invested $7.1 billion on the MSCI World index. The return on this portfolio was 253%. As a whole, the current value of SOFAZ stock portfolio has increased to $13.5 billion.

Fund's stock portfolio includes shares of 1,410 companies in 11 sectors of 23 developed countries on MSCI World index. The total market capitalization of these companies' shares approaches to $77 trillion.
