July 4, Fineko/abc.az. Due to the reorganization of Naxçıvan Bank into E-Kredit LLC - into a non-bank credit institution, the bank's shares are withdrawn from circulation and liquidated.

ABC.AZ reports that speech is about 1,000,000 shares with nominal value of 94 manats each, which make up the authorized capital of Naxçıvan Bank of 94,000,000 manats.

Of them, 531,915 shares were repurchased at the general meeting of shareholders of the bank, held on December 5, 2023.
