EIB allocates a credit line of EUR 10 million to Azerbaijan

March 11, Fineko/abc.az. The European Investment Bank (EIB) has allocated a credit line of 10 million euro to Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the EIB that the credit line was allocated within the framework of the cooperation initiative with small and medium enterprises (SME) in the Caucasus countries. The project will provide this resource to small financial intermediaries and micro, small and medium-sized enterprises that currently have difficulty accessing finance. Before that, the EIB allocated a credit line of 10 million euro for the financing of small and medium enterprises in Georgia.

Thus, the portfolio of the European Investment Bank for Azerbaijan reached 110 million euro for 5 projects after 2013.
