January 30, Fineko/abc.az. Last year, 903 objects of state property were privatized, after which 116 million manats were received by the budget.

ABC.AZ reports that Metin Eynullayev, the head of the State Service for Property Issues (under the Ministry of Economy), stated about this at a press conference.

He said that this is 5.4% more than the forecast.

Eynullayev added that in 2023, budget revenues from the lease of land increased by 19% to 25.2 million manats, budget revenues from the lease of non-residential premises by 62% to 6.1 million manats. In general, budget revenues from the lease of state-owned property grew by 25.1% from the forecast and reached 31.3 million manats.
