January 22, Fineko/abc.az. In 2023, 20 insurance companies of Azerbaijan collected insurance premiums for AZN 1.2 bn (25.9% more than in 2022), ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.

The amount of payments made by insurance companies totaled AZN 587.325 million (35.6% more than a year earlier).

In 2023, payments for every 100 manats of insurance premiums collected on the insurance market amounted to 48 manats. For the same period in 2022, this figure was 44.6 manats.
