January 10, Fineko/abc.az. The Azerbaijan Institute of Standardization, subordinate to the State Service for Antimonopoly Supervision & Consumer Market Control, has adopted new state standard AZS EN 30-2-2:2023 “Household kitchen appliances powered by gas – Part 2-2: energy efficient use – appliances with forced convection ovens and/or grills”.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to AZSTAND that the new standard establishes requirements and methods for testing the energy efficiency of gas kitchen appliances with forced convection ovens or grills using flammable gases.

The draft standard was officially agreed by the Ministry of Emergency Situations with the State Agency for Safe Work in Industry and Mining Supervision in order to provide feedback and suggestions.
