December 25, Fineko/abc.az. Top 5 of companies in which SOFAZ invests include NVIDIA, the largest manufacturer of chips and graphics processors for game consoles in the United States, starting in the 1st half of this year.

ABC.AZ reports that the number of shares in the main company grew from $169 million up to $175 million.

In total, SOFAZ's investments in shares of Top 5 of IT giants amounted to $1.4 bn (4.1% less versus 1st half of this year).

In the 1st half of 2023, this figure reached $1.472 bn. SOFAZ passively monitors index MSCI World and in this context invests in accordance with the weights of all companies included in the index. Thus, the Fund invests in stocks in accordance with the distributions of the index.

"As a whole, in 2023 SOFAZ invested in stakes in real estate and private equity funds managed by leading and influential companies in the world, such as New Mountain Capital, Vitruvian Partners, CVC Capital Partners, Brookfield Asset Management, Blackstone, Ares Management," SOFAZ added.
