October 25, Fineko/abc.az. Fitch Solutions, a member of Fitch Group, has updated its forecast for economic growth in Azerbaijan for 2023.

ABC.AZ reports that Fitch Solutions has lowered its forecast on real GDP growth for this year from 3% to 1.9%.

In addition, the FS raised the annual inflation forecast in Azerbaijan for 2023 from 9.20% to 10.6%.

The Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan predicts growth of GDP at the level of 1.9% and inflation at the level of 9.5% in 2023.
