July 18, Fineko/abc.az. Over the past 6 months, Azerbaijan manufactured 26,556.5 tons of cheese and cottage cheese.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee that compared with Jan-Jun 2022, the production of cheese and cottage cheese grew by 1.8%, or by 473.2 tons. Over Jan-Jun 2022, this figure reached 26,083.3 tons.

As of July 1, 2023, the stock of finished products amounted to 56.3 tons.
