May 22, Fineko/abc.az. Azermash LLC, a resident of the Hajigabul Industrial Quarter, and Russian company Sollers will cooperate in the production of cars.

Within the framework of the "Russia - Islamic World: Kazanforum", held in Kazan, Republic of Tatarstan, Russian company Sollers and Hajigabul industrial quarter resident Azermash LLC signed the Memorandum of Cooperation on the production of light commercial vehicles "Sollers" in our country.

The document envisages organization of production of Sollers light commercial vehicles at Azermash enterprises using components (spare parts) imported from Russia.

The Memorandum was signed by Nikolay Sobolev, CEO of Sollers, and Emin Akhundov, chairman of Azermash LLC.

Sollers is a Russian automobile company that produces off-road and light commercial vehicles UAZ (Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant) and gasoline engines ZMZ (Zavolzhsky Motor Plant).
