April 20, Fineko/abc.az. Delivery of automobiles by rail begins from Azerbaijan to the countries of Central Asia.

ABC.AZ reports that the relevant information was distributed by Georgian Railway LLC (GR). 

As a result of the joint work of GR and automakers, an agreement was reached on the transportation of automobiles by rail. In accordance with the agreement, railway carriages of automobiles Toyota, BMW and Audi will be carried out via route Georgia-Azerbaijan-Kazakhstan-Uzbekistan-Central Asia.
"Until now, car producers have used ground transportation to deliver motor vehicles to Central Asia. As a result of ongoing negotiations, transportation of automobiles by rail may be of regular nature," GR informs.
