April 10, Fineko/abc.az. Apartments in Baku have risen significantly in price.

ABC.AZ reports that speaking about the rise in housing prices in Baku, expert Ramil Gasimzade noted that the cost of 1 sq m in new buildings is 900-8,000 manats.

According to Gasimzade, apartments, 1 sq m of which costs 900 manats, are mainly offered in Garadagh, Sabunchi and Surakhani districts.

"The average price is about 2,000 manats. Prices may vary depending on the area. In Sabail, Nasimi, Narimanov districts, the cost of 1 sq m varies from 1,800 to 8,000 manats. The more expensive ones are located in premium new buildings located in Sabail, Nasimi, Narimanov districts. The cost of apartments may also vary depending on the renovation. Renovated apartments cost 500-600 manats more than those without repairs," the expert emphasized.
