September 15, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has met with Turkiye’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Samarkand, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Turkish Presidential Administration.

The meeting took place within the Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit.
