July 28, Fineko/abc.az. Investment company Azfinance acquired 70% of the constituent shares of non-bank credit organization Optimal Finance LLC.
ABC.AZ reports that for this purpose, the investment company took part in increasing the authorized capital of the NBCO by AZN 700,000 or 3.3-fold, bringing it from AZN 300,000 up to AZN 1 million.
As a result, the equity stakes of other founders of Optimal Finance in the NBCO decreased. Thus, the equity stake of Elchin Askerli reduced from 50% to 15%, Farid Eynullayev – from 30% to 9%, Yusif Ibragimov – from 20% to 6%.
