May 24, Fineko/abc.az. The representative office of Suraxanı Oyl Opereyşn Kompani S.A. in Azerbaijan has filed a lawsuit against the Surakhani District Executive Power.

ABC.AZ reports that the company appealed to the Baku Administrative Court on the occasion.

Suraxanı Oyl Opereyşn Kompani S.A. has put forward a claim on land relations and other disputes. The lawsuit will be considered by Judge Aygun Akhadova.

The date of the preliminary court hearing has not yet been announced.
