April 11, Fineko/abc.az. In order to monitor compliance with the requirements of the antimonopoly legislation, a case has been initiated against several business entities operating in the cell phone device market for failure to submit documents and data required for consumer market research to the State Service for Antimonopoly Control & Consumer Market Supervision under the Economy Ministry.

ABC.AZ reports that as a result, the case against SOLITON LTD LLC was considered, appropriate instructions were given and financial sanctions were applied to the business entity.

As in the course of the investigation Integral CJSC and ELCORE DISTRIBUTION AZ LLC provided in full the requested documents and information, the case initiated against the above-said economic entities was terminated.
