March 10, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan conducted state registration of investment securities for AZN 9.3 bn last year, ABC.AZ informs with reference to Cabinet Ministers’ report for 2021.

Of them, AZN 1.9 bn accounted for the issue of 59 corporate bonds, AZN 700 million for 138 shares, AZN 6.7 bn for government securities, including AZN 4.8 bn for CBA’s notes, AZN 1.9 bn for Finance Ministry’s bonds.

Last year, 20 issue prospectuses for AZN 500 million manats were approved for the public offering of corporate securities.
