February 24, Fineko/abc.az. 74,000 foreigners and stateless persons from 128 countries visited Azerbaijan in January 2022 (2.1-fold more against January 2021).

ABC.AZ reports that 35.3% of them were people who arrived from the Russian Federation, 24.1% from Turkey, 12.9% from Iran, 5.6% from Georgia, 4.1% from Saudi Arabia, 2.6% from the UAE, 2.1% from Ukraine, 1.1% from the UK and Kuwait, 0.9% from Kazakhstan, 0.8% from Oman, 0.6% from Germany, the U.S. and India, 0.5% from Belarus and Israel, 6.6% were citizens of other countries.

81.2% of the arrivals were men, 18.8% were women.
