February 21, Fineko/abc.az. AZN 11.227 million (or 67.55%) out of AZN 16.6 million of compensations paid in Azerbaijan for January 2022 accounted for five insurance companies.

ABC.AZ reports that among them are: PASHA Hayat Sigorta (AZN 4.385 million) and PASHA Sigorta (AZN 3.1 million), State insurance commercial company Azersigorta (AZN 1.996 million), Xalq Sığorta (AZN 1.745 million), and A-Group Sigorta (AZN 905,000).

The insurers that paid the lowest volume of compensations last month are as follows: Meqa Həyat Sığorta (0 manats), Xalq Həyat Sığorta (0 manats), Ipək Yolu Sığorta (1,000 manats), joint insurance company Aqrar Sığorta (34,000 manats), and Naxçıvan Sığorta (35,000 manats).

The above-said companies paid compensations for totally AZN 70,000 in January (0.4% of the entire amount of compensation payments).

The overall payments of the remaining 10 insurers reached AZN 5.326 million (32.05%).
