November 12, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan has included among its priorities the implementation of a large return to its territories liberated from the Armenian occupation, ABC.AZ reports citing Finance Minister Samir Sharifov.

"Reconstruction and rehabilitation works in the liberated territories are underway at accelerated pace," he said.
