April 12, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan has developed the new fiscal rules.

Executive director of the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) Shahmar Movsumov has stated that the rules will set the maximum level of use of oil revenues.

"The rules will be considered by the government and the Financial Stability Council, and after their approval the limit on the use of oil revenues will be established on the new rules," Movsumov said.
