July 1, Fineko/abc.az. Economy Minister Mikail Jabbarov met with Chinese Ambassador to Azerbaijan Guo Min, ABC.AZ was informed at the Ministry of Economy.
The minister stressed that Azerbaijan is one of the countries supporting China's "One Pipeline, One Way" initiatives.
The minister noted that Azerbaijani-Chinese Intergovernmental Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation plays the role of the affordable platform in expanding relations between the countries. Azerbaijan's Trade Representative, 3 trade houses, 3 wine houses, 3 trade units in the trade networks operate in China and measures are being continued in this direction. Chinese invested companies are operating in Azerbaijan, and successful investment cooperation is being implemented. Negotiations are being continued with China on several projects in the field of industry.
Talks with China are underway on a range of projects in industrial sphere.
Participation opportunities of Chinese companies in reconstruction work in the territories liberated from occupation have been stressed, discussions have been conducted on strengthening economic partnership and increasing trade turnover at the meeting.
