ABC.AZ informs that the Azerbaijan leader said that he highly appreciates the discussion on the topic "Prospects for regional development and cooperation", as this is what we need.

“Because today Armenia doesn’t have army. It has been totally destroyed, it’s been in permanent political crisis for more than six months. There is a big degree of mistrust in society, mutual accusations and some political leaders’ rhetoric is beyond any acceptable framework,” the country’s president underlined.
