ABC.AZ reports that presidential aide Shahmar Movsumov made the above-said statement at today’s briefing when answering a question about the permission to hold weddings.

He also recalled that it is currently also forbidden to hold birthday parties:

"If you do this, you are breaking the rules. And it is not forbidden to sit and go somewhere on the bus. We need to act according to the rules, not on considerations."
