November 25, Fineko/abc.az. Banks operating in Azerbaijan completed the Jan-Oct term with net profit of AZN 478 million.

ABC.AZ informs that according to Central Bank’s monthly statistics, the net profit of the domestic banking sector reduced by AZN 94.9 million or 16.5% versus Jan-Oct 2019 (AZN 572.9 million). At the same time, for Jan-Oct 2020 interest income in the banking sector amounted to AZN 1.59 bn versus 1.59 bn for Jan-Oct 2019. At that, interest income decreased from AZN 576 million to AZN 538.6 million.
