September 9, Fineko/abc.az. A number of forecasts have been made for school year 2020-21.

ABC.AZ reports that according to forecasts, at the beginning of the upcoming school year 317 primary schools, 783 secondary schools, 3,319 full-time secondary schools, 16 special-type schools and 5 correspondence-full-time schools (evening) will operate in the country, including  60 lyceum schools, 50 lyceums, 15 gymnasiums and 14 boarding schools with integrated education - totally 4,440 schools.

It is expected that within the new school year 121,696 children will be enrolled in pre-school education groups at general education institutions.
