June 20, Fineko/abc.az. Those wishing to visit medical institutions outside the city will be able to do so with a certificate.

ABC.AZ reports that this statement was made by Kamran Aliyev, the press secretary of the Main Department of the State Traffic Police.

Aliyev added that on return these persons must have a certificate from a doctor.

"When issuing a certificate it would be better to specify in it, which medical institution the person is sent to," Aliyev emphasized.
