November 15, Fineko/abc.az. The State Statistics Committee of Azerbaijan informs that over Jan-Oct 2019 the country produced 65.415 bn or 2.1% more than GDP versus the 2018 same term.

In the nonoil sector of the economy the value added grew by 3.5% and in the oil & gas sector by 0.2%.

During this period all the sectors of the economy, except the construction sector, observed growth in production. The value added increased by 16.1% in the sphere of information & communication, by 7.3% in agriculture, forestry and fisheries, by 5.5% in tourist accommodation and catering, by 3.1% in repair of commercial vehicles, by 1.7% in industrial sector, by 0.5% in transport and warehousing, by 3% in other services, while construction sector was registered a decrease of 6.2%.
