January 7, Fineko/abc.az. Cost of a barrel of Azerbaijani oil grade Azeri Light has increased by $1.93 (3.43%).

The price of oil grade Azeri Light is now $58.27 a barrel.

At the New York Merchant Exchange (NYMEX) following the trading on 4 January the value of February’s futures of oil grade WTI grew in price by $0.87 (1.85%) up to $47.96 a barrel.

At the London ICE (InterContinental Exchange Futures) following last Friday’s trading the cost of March’s futures of oil grade of Brent crude increased by $1.11 (1.98%) up to $57.06 a barrel.

The difference in price of the WTI and Brent grades is $9.1 on a barrel.
