Process of liquidation of Georgian daughter of Int’l Bank of Azerbaijan finished

January 4, Fineko/abc.az. The National Bank of Georgia announced the completion of the liquidation of IBA-Georgia, which was a Georgian subsidiary of the International Bank of Azerbaijan and agreed to its transformation into a non-banking society.

By order of NBG vice president Archil Mestvirishvili, Bank’s liquidation accounts opened in the NBG should be closed and removed from the register.

On 8 January, the order will be submitted for appropriate response to the register of entrepreneurial and non-entrepreneurial legal entities.
