August 5, Fineko/abc.az. The Georgian subsidiary of PASHA Bank OJSC (PASHA Bank Georgia) completed the 1st half of 2026 with net profit of 3.978 million lari (2.586 million manats), which is 9.3-fold higher against Jan-Jun 2025.
Bank's pre-tax profit grew 3-fold up to 4.187 million lari (2.722 million manats), while income tax payments declined 4.6-fold to 209,000 lari (136,000 manats).
As of July 1, 2026, Bank's assets increased by 6.4% year-on-year and reached 661.164 million lari (429.757 million manats), of which 413.802 million lari (268.971 million manats) accounted for net loans to customers (+13.3%).
Bank's liabilities grew by 4.1% up to 517.186 million lari (336.171 million manats), the deposit portfolio by 1.7% up to 444.337 million lari (288.819 million manats), and the balance sheet capital by 15.7% up to 143.978 million lari (93.586 million manats). The authorized capital of the bank, which has been operating since 2013, is 136.8 million lari (88.92 million manats). 85.1% of the shares belong to PASHA Bank OJSC, and 14.9% belong to PASHA Holding LLC.
