August 4, Fineko/abc.az. The placement of bonds of the International Bank of Azerbaijan (ABB) OJSC with total value of 5 million manats has been successfully finished at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE).

By the decision of the BSE Listing Committee, the securities are included in the segment of the BSE Standard Market.

As part of the subscription, which took place from July 10 to 31, 573 investors received applications for more than 14.9 million manats, which exceeded the offer almost 3-fold. As a result of the auction, 862 applications from 569 investors were satisfied, and the entire volume of 50,000 bonds was fully placed.

Bond parameters:

* Issue volume: 5,000,000 manats 
* Nominal price: 100 manats
* Annual rate: 10%
* Interest payment: Every 30 days
* Circulation period: 2 years
