July 30, Fineko/abc.az. On August 5, the Baku Auction Center LLC will hold an open auction for the sale of movable and immovable property of Yunayted Kredit Bank, which is in the process of liquidation. On August 6, an auction will be held for the assets of Zamin Bank, and on August 12, for the property of Muğan Bank, Deka Bank, AGBank, Dəmir Bank, NBC Bank, AtaBank, Zamin Bank, and Bank Standard.

According to the Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund, which acts as a bank liquidator, various real estate objects and other assets will be put up for auction.

Among the lots is an individual residential building with an area of 107.6 sq m worth 55,000 manats in Khachmaz district (Northern settlement), owned by Yunayted Kredit Bank; non-residential premises of 199.3 sq m for 400,000 manats in the 9th microdistrict of Sumgayit, as well as facilities in the city of Shirvan (non-residential premises of 76.6 sq m for 90,000 manats and an apartment of 58.8 sq m for 70,000 manats), owned by Zamin Bank.

In addition, an apartment with an area of 61.5 sq m will be sold. An apartment for 250,000 manats in Yasamal district of Baku and the 0.2 hectare land plot for 120,000 manats in Mehdiabad settlement, owned by Muğan Bank.

The following non-residential premises are also up for auction: 87.4 sq m worth 235,000 manats (Deka Bank, Yasamal district of Baku), an object with an area of 320 sq m for 240,000 manats (AGBank, Gara Garayev Avenue, Baku), a property complex of 2,089 sq m worth 900,000 manats in Ganja (Dəmir Bank), a residential building of 464.2 sq m worth 200,000 manats in Shemakha District (NBC Bank).

AtaBank's assets include several non-residential properties in Ganja, including buildings and premises valued between 50,000 and 240,000 manats. Bank Standard will also sell two non-residential properties in the Nasimi district of Baku, valued at 480,000 and 570,000 manats, respectively.
