July 24, Fineko/abc.az. Money transfers from Azerbaijan to Russia through the Zolotaya Korona payment system have been temporarily suspended.
According to TASS, local commercial lenders Unibank and Yelo Bank confirmed that despite supporting the payment network, outbound transfers to Russia are currently unavailable due to technical disruptions in the service.
VTB Bank Azerbaijan stated that it does not process transactions via this system.
Currently, Azerbaijan has been removed from the list of available sender and recipient countries on Zolotaya Korona's official website.
