July 14, Fineko/abc.az. The auction for the placement of bonds by "Kəpəz BOKT" LLC, with a total value of 1,000,000 AZN, has successfully concluded on the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE).

According to the BSE, during the auction held on July 14, the issue was fully subscribed. A total of 50 orders were received from 50 investors for the 10,000 bonds, each valued at a nominal price of 100 AZN. The bonds, which carry an annual coupon rate of 15% and a 24-month maturity period, will yield monthly interest payments. Since the trading results met all the necessary regulatory requirements, the bonds have been admitted to the Standard Market Listing segment. "Troni Investment Company" OJSC acted as the underwriter for the issuance.
