July 14, Fineko/abc.az. AFB Bank OJSC ended the first half of this year with profit of 237,000 manats (11.5-fold less against 1st half of 2025), bank's financial report says.

Over Jan–Jun, AFB Bank's revenues amounted to 29.485 million manats (91.7% more than last year), expenses - 28.636 million manats (99.5% more), and special reserve contributions - 611,000 manats (compared with saving in the previous year). The bank did not pay any profit tax.

As of July 1, 2023, AFB Bank's assets totaled 536.916 million manats (a rise of 72.2% compared to the previous year). Of them, 380.558 million manats accounted for net loans given to customers. Bank's loan portfolio has doubled.

AFB Bank's liabilities increased by 95.2% up to 461.426 million manats, including a 2.4-fold increase in the deposit portfolio up to 342.289 million manats, while the balance sheet capital grew by 0.1% up to 75.49 million manats.
