June 11, Fineko/abc.az. Over the past 5 months, the State Budget received 95.2 million manats from the privatization of state property in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ informs that according to the State Service for Property Issues, the figure is 38.8% more versus Jan-May 2025.

The institution has held 27 auctions in 5 months. Three blocks of shares in joint-stock companies, 2 small state-owned enterprises, 1 unfinished construction site and 467 vehicles were privatized at auctions.

In addition, the Service concluded 1,994 new lease agreements, including 246 ones for non-residential premises and 1,748 ones for land plots (a 13.8% rise against Jan-May 2025).

As a result, 22.2 million manats were transferred to the State Budget from the lease of state property (non-residential premises and land plots), which is 23.3% more year-on-year.

Thus, for Jan-May 2026, the State Budget received a total of 117.4 million manats from privatization and lease (35.6% more versus Jan-May 2025).
