ABC.AZ informs, referring to bank's annual report, that according to the document, in the 2ond half of 2025, the number of ordinary shareholders of Kapital Bank decreased by 3 shareholders, or 1.5%, while the number of preferred shareholders did not change.

The decrease in the number of ordinary shareholders is linked with the fact that the number of individuals holding shares decreased by 3 people or 1.5% to 193, while the number of legal entities remained unchanged at 2. Preferred shares, as of July 1 last year, belong to 71 individuals and 6 legal entities.

Kapital Bank was established in 2006. Its authorized capital is 265.85 million manats. The main shareholder of the bank is PASHA Holding LLC.
