April 20, Fineko/abc.az. The budget revenues of 685 municipalities of Azerbaijan in 2025 amounted to 65.609 million manats (5.2% more against 2024).

ABC.AZ informs that the main part of the income came from tax revenues, the volume of which increased up to 34.438 million manats (26.5% more year-on-year).

In the structure of tax revenues: land tax for individuals reached 10.74 million manats (a rise of 37.9%) and property tax for individuals - 23.692 million manats (a rise of 22%).

Non-tax revenues totaled 31.17 million manats (a drop of 21.7%). The main reduction is linked with a sharp drop of income from the alienation and lease of municipal property by 84.2%.

Municipal budget expenditures amounted to 61.84 million manats (0.5% less than a year earlier). The main part of the funds was allocated for the maintenance of local self-government bodies - 42.795 million manats (a rise of 8.2%).

Expenses:

social protection and social security - 3.56 million manats (a rise of 20.2%),

housing and communal services - 5.473 million manats (a drop of 2.2%),

economic activity - 4.517 million manats (a drop of 31.1%).

As a result of the budget execution, surplus of 3.767 million manats was formed.
